The relentless fight of property company to destroy East Marylebone

A renewed threat of wholesale destruction hangs over East Marylebone. The threat comes from new planning applications to knock down buildings on four sites and replace them with anonymous blocks, largely consisting of offices.

One year ago this month the first Fitzrovia Neighbourhood News (FNN) was published. From its humble beginnings printed on the ancient duplicator at the Neighbourhood Centre, it has grown over the year to its present size and distribution of 3000.
